What is a comfortable, convenient, safe car/SUV to have while having a baby/car seat.?

Please help though. Any parents out there who have an opinion about this would be appreciated!

Just aim for newer, newer than ‘07 if possible, b/c then you will have lap/shoulder belt guaranteed in every position, though some previous year models will have that as well, its not guaranteed. Newer than ‘01 will have LATCH. Newer than ‘97 will have lockable seatbelts, which means never using a locking belt, YEAH!. So, the newer the better as far as ease of putting Child Car seats in. Other than that, it really is up to your budget and gas budget and your preference. Definitely one to check out, my new favorite car: the Mazda5! This car is awesome. The only car with 3 rows of seats. Its a mini-minivan. Two rows of seats in each row. Mazda CX7 and CX9 are really cool, too. In regular cars, you can’t beat a Toyota Corolla, Nissan Altima, or Honda Accord. Even consider the Honda Civic. Great gas mileage, but big enough for a small family.

On the SUV side, Honda CRV, Toyota Highlander, the Mazda’s aforementioned, but I would stay away from the bigger ones. If you plan on more kids and don’t want to trade later, definitely check out a 3 row vehicle now. Otherise, a 4 door sedan will do you just perfectly. I would consider my budget and what I want to spend on gas.
